Schedule Your First Appointment
Our Patient Portal allows you the convenience of requesting a virtual consultation and completing the necessary paperwork prior to your first appointment. New Patient appointments can also be scheduled by calling our office, (314) 983-9000.

Onboarding Chat with Our Patient Experience Manager
Whether you book online or call, our Patient Experience Manager, Drea, will personally call you to walk through the process of treatment in-depth, answeringing any questions you may have, and providing the information and tools needed for a positive treatment experience, all from the convenience and comfort of home. This happens before your first appointment, so you feel prepared and confident before meeting your doctor.

Meet with Your Doctor 1:1
In a virtual 1:1 meeting, your fertility doctor will listen to your experience up to this point, including medical history, and gain an understanding of your goals for building your family. At this stage we’ll make a recommendation for ordering diagnostic tests and for treatment so we can tailor treatment to your individual needs.

Meet with Your Personally-Assigned Financial Counselor
We understand the financial burden of fertility treatment. At your initial consult, after you are done talking to your physician, your personal financial counselor will join your virtual consult. Your physician will explain next steps before allowing your financial counselor to take over and walk through insurance/financial planning options to formulate a plan to ease that burden, and make treatment more attainable.

Beginning Treatment
Once diagnostics have been completed and analyzed, your fertility doctor will walk you through a detailed, highly-customized treatment plan designed to provide the most optimal treatment path to meet your goals. From here, you’ll receive the support and resources necessary as we work with you on timelines, cycles, medications, and other elements of your treatment plan to set you up for a positive, successful, experience.
