We’re very sorry to say that due to the increase in the region’s COVID-19 positivity rates, STL Fertility will be reintroducing COVID-19 policies for the safety of our staff and patients effective Monday, August 9th, 2021.
-Do not attempt to enter the office without calling first. The front door will be locked. Patients should call our office from our parking lot prior to entering the building for all treatment and diagnostic appointments. Our main number is (314) 983-9000. Please follow the prompts to check-in.
-No partners, family members, or guests will be allowed to attend appointments, patients only.
-All future semen analyses and sperm samples required for treatment will need to be dropped off at the office.
-Masks remain required for entry for anyone entering our office.
-If you suspect that you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please call our office prior to your appointment.
We understand that these measures are not ideal and add an additional step but we appreciate your understanding and patience as we all navigate this Pandemic together. We hope that we will be able to go back to a more normal process as soon as we can.
